Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the event

24+ hours before event: Full refund minus processing fee
12-24 hours before: 50% refund
Less than 12 hours: No refund
Event cancellation by us: Full refund

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
